Hi Richard! Here's your own Glossary of Terms, which includes only those terms we've discussed so far...

3rds and 7ths:The "key defining" chord tones found within a chord. For example, when changing from a major triad to a minor triad, the only note to change is the third. Therefore, with rootless jazz voicings, you want to include the third and seventh of each chord.
Note Names:The letters of the music alphabet consist of letters A through G only.  Each staff of a typical Grand Staff (i.e., a Treble Clef Staff over a Bass Clef Staff) has their own note names set for each line and space.  Each staff is shown below with their corresponding note names:
